Ive stopped here a number of times but this is the last. They don't seem very knowledgeable regarding the vape products they carry. This time, the "clerk" was wearing double ear buds, and too engaged with whoever was on the phone to help me locate a 6mg ice fruit liquid, I just squinted at the shelves and gave up after about 7 min struggling to read all the labels. I'll go out of my way to go to Vapor Shark in West Mifflin from now on...always friendly and helpful.

This shop is absolutely amazing! He's so kind, and I always enjoy my quick stop here. I highly recommend!

Got chased out by the black woman because we wouldnt buy something overpriced and she was about to "pass out" but still managed to chase us out of the store and swear at me and my boyfriend for literally just leaving because her attitude smells foul like her breath. (Also she was fighting with her boyfriend in the store who kept staring at me non stop..be professional and leave your relationship at home)

Employee was "about to pass out" when we came in so that was the excuse for her lack thereof customer service. Asked about a vape battery, was told they dont have any, and then found what I needed and she had a ridiculous attitude that I was making her work, so I refused to purchase anything and while leaving stated "I guess I wont come back and bother you" and she decided to chase us out of the shop verbally harassing us, all because it seemed she was having a fight with her boyfriend in the middle of the store. Funny enough her boyfriend seemed more interested in my fiancee than he was in her, so dang girl I get it, but jeeze leave that at home. I just wanted a vape battery 😢🤡

Mar was incredible from start to finish As soon as we walked into Cloud 9, she greeted us with a warm, professional attitude and made us feel right at home. She had us laughing and enjoying the experience while still being super knowledgeable and helpful. Mar guided us to exactly what we were looking for without ever being pushy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. Her positive energy and great customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back because of her!
