Their great. I usually go to Smoking Joe's to get my cigarettes. They're all wonderful there. I've never EVER had one bag experience nor any complaints. I'll be continuing to go there to purchase my cigarettes. They also pay attention to their customers because when I go in I never even have to ask for what I need because they already know. It's like family in a sense. God Bless All The Staff You Have working there because that's one of the biggest reasons I continuously go back. Keep up the great work.

I visited this store as my usual spot was out of stock. Upon entering, I greeted the staff politely, but unfortunately, the response I received was curt and uninviting. This interaction left me with a negative impression and dissuaded me from returning.

Too many cash registers for customer flow. Wide selection from roll your own to cartons to head apparatus etc. good pricing ..I personally non smoker but customers flock there as right over free bridge to Pennsylvania

They were terrible. Every single time I go in there I get terrible service from only the females that work in there I believe this is the one on Bridge Street I believe it's called it's right after the Calhoun Street Bridge! I never seen a male employee working there which that doesn't bother me at all. It's just that every time I go in there including today the females are very cocky and very nasty to me and other customer's!!! I would not recommend it to anybody at all the other Smokin Joe's I'm not sure what street it's on cuz I'm not from PA but it's not far is much more friendlier every single time I'm in there than this one and the only reason I keep going back, is because I'm always across the street in the complex either using the slot machines at the dollar store or at the pizza place terrible terrible service and they should be reprimanded in some sort of way! If I could give zero Stars I would have their terrible terrible terrible!!! 👎 👎 👎
