Even though the sticker in the glass CLEARLY READS $13.99 dude grabs the one from behind it sayin "Oh noo its not that it's 18.99." & of course no receipt. Just remember when shopping there customer isn't always right, and apparently neither is their pricing! Better yet he put the money in the till for lottery! Not cool man, just not cool!

Charged me $26.50 for something that was clearly labeled as $18.99. Very scammy and scummy of them. Extremely overpriced for the variety and quality of what they offer. Place is very drab and sad looking, no one greets you when you walk in the door, and they are charging $5+ MORE than most other places. Drive a couple miles further to one that’s actually worth spending your money at.

So many choices in this shop! I went in for a vape because I’m quitting smoking, and all I did was show the gentleman behind the counter what I already had, & he immediately grabbed what I needed. I also got some very nice smelling incense while I was in there! This shop is way better than going to Turkey Hill or a Sheetz. Love it 💕

Only thing thats good is smoke prices but thankfully by fiance is trying to quit. Never going here again due to EVERY single employee not knowing a damn thing about customer service. I say hello every time and never get a reply. The employees give dirty looks every time AND I say have a nice day when I leave; no reply, just more dirty looks. Glad they threw out my application right after I gave it one Time. The owners need to rethink who they hire.

Ridiculously planned hours closing by 8pm or earlier each night and has workers at least in the Taylor branch that will let you run across the entire walmart parking lot and wait until your 5 feet from the door to lock up and then give you a confused look. also has absolutely no information on items they carry other than cigarettes as they have carried hookah wet tobacco for months now yet nothing to smoke it with and when i asked why was told by an employee that the owner just circles things on her order sheet without not knowing what they are. considering i spend over 400$ a month at this store and haven't been shown even the slightest respect by this establishment i will most certainly be taking my money elsewhere as the prices at the beer distributor across the street are the same if not lower on most brands and it is not only closer to my home but also open much later and earlier. Tobacco road needs a less lazily penny pinching management over-hall.
