Customer Service wasn't that helpful. I came in seeking replacement cartridges for my Sonder Q vape. They didn't have the size I needed, was told that what she gave me would work in it. NO! It didn't work, thought it may be the cartridge. Checked a 2nd cartridge same result didn't work. Called and stated the problem, no help at all. I also wasn't given a receipt for the transaction. Customer service goes a long way, train your staff so they can better in the future!

The proprietor, Kong, is a great guy - walked me through what type of device I would want and the pros and cons of each price point. Huge selection and great customer service. I highly recommend.

Not satisfied my vape juice says it expired 2024 this is the 3rd time this has happened manufactured 2022 so the taste isnt the same as the one I get at Vapordelphia on 8th st he has the best prices love vape charges another $9 more as well. Friendly enough for a vape shop but I won’t be going back. I bought a pod from them in January for my dad that was fine but since then it’s gone down hill. Im currently vaping the old juice and can taste the juicy custard i normally do when fresh. It costs me $6 to get there and go back to complain and ask for a refund. Isnt $30 too much for a 1.9 year old expires vape juice free base I haven’t bought a salt nic There. The salt nic is $22 but I don’t understand why theres a bigger charge for the freebase when freebase doesn’t work for a salt nic device shouldn’t they be the same price? You go Through Freebase faster than a salt nic and how they burn different taken that into understanding why do they have to rip customers off? One works different than the other so you charge more for The size? Size has nothing to do with anything. Not happy will never go there again would prefer going to vaporfi that has even more juice than both vapordelphia and Love vape combined prices are $27 for freebase and they’re not expired. Located 12th and south street vaporfi that has everything devices are newer and cheaper than love vape. Cheapest devices are vapordelphia on 8th st around the corner from south st my go to store for everything. I know others feel the same. Not happy disappointed as ever. Thanks
