Got the best piece today and the guy was really nice. Had marked down a $280 piece to $160 and I am extremely satisfied, plus for free he threw in a matt for it to rest on so it doesn’t break (I explained to him that’s how my last piece broke).

looks like they’re doing renovations, maybe weeks before they reopen. here’s hoping they’re not shutting down

Placed an order on Friday night, was messaged first thing Monday morning informing me their last piece had a defect and offered me a hefty discount and through quartz nail as well. Received my item in 6 days under regular shipping and I’m on the opposite coast. This is how online should be prompt and already willing to satisfy the customer. Definitely recommend

It's a good place to buy supplies and the experienced employees help novices learn more about the products being sold. The store is clean, their display cases are clean and organized, and their variety of different supplies is incredibly cool. Though some of the big ticket products are on the pricy side, they are nice enough to negotiate a price (though you shouldn't expect more than a 5-10% discount). I'd be happy to go there in the future for more supplies.

Easily the most helpful glass shop I've been to on South Street. A very nice selection with some amazing glass art in the back and well-priced pieces in the front. They ended up cutting me a pretty solid deal and I'm more than happy. Also, the free mat they threw in was a nice little bonus. Thanks again!
