This morning I had an a very bad experience with cashier FAITH. With such a strong name I expected way more. When I approached the counter to pay for my soda she told her co worker “she’s a man”. Now what warranted that? And even if I was what does that have to do with ringing up my soda? Or giving great customer service after all that is her job right? I’m very disappointed in FAITH.I love coming to this Wawa but probably won’t anymore because why spend money in a place where I’m talked about?

I was greeted by Korey & Shy they were both very welcoming all while tending to their jobs. I made myself a coffee and commented on how clean the station was and they both answered at the same time that they try to keep it clean and from the looks I believe it. It’s much appreciated. Thank you!

Screw found in milkshake which required a visit to urgent care for an x ray to make sure I didn’t swallow anything else. Got a refund but now worried about getting sick Really disappointed as this location is close to home and have been going here on and off for years

I called the store yesterday (Germantown Location)to speak to a manager about my current and previous order that were wrong lately. He said she was too busy to come to the phone and asked me what the problem was. I explained to this employee that I've had items wrong or missing recently, and I wanted to call and make sure my order was ok. Big mistake!! I don't know if they felt some kinda way about me calling or just gave up on customer service, but I'm done.. The tuna shorti I ordered was for my lunch today, so I didn't even see what it looked like until half hour ago. I no longer have an appetite at this point because it was filled with waaaay too many crispy onions and hardly any tuna. It's a shame because I explained to him that I liked that location but , at this point I received the messages they sent me with my order. Also, I was told they were out of the diet peach ice tea. I received one, bottle open and it makes me wonder what was in it, where did the bottle come from if they were all out of it???? 🤔 No I did NOT drink it!

This location always feels like the battle of the Wawa its difficult to get in and difficult to get out. I got the breakfast burrito which appeared thrown together as it was coming apart I couldn't even take it out the bags they put it in. I had to wait for my pink pineapple as is seemed the server wasn't aware that they had drinks on the screen, and unfortunately it appeared she knew what I wanted rather than what I ordered as she gave me a regular lemonade and not a pink pineapple like I ordered
