Let me tell ya’ll something about this place! The store employee, named RAE LYNN killed it. It was my first time here, and she went out of her way to show me all they had, and what it benefits. I WAS a frequent customer of this shop. I would purchase ALL my kratom powder, 7-OH, and vapes from here because I live down the street from the Mt. Royal location and like to support the local businesses even though I can find all of the products I purchase online at a lower price but today I went to purchase my regular 7-OH product I like and when I got home there was only 2 of 15 tablets in the container!!! Shame on me for not checking. I purchased a $90 product and was supposed to check to make sure everything was in the container that they're selling me. I guess I just assumed they wouldn't let something like that happen. I've never had this happen to at this store or any others. My frustration is when I went back an hour later after I realized there was only 2 tablets of 15, I was told sorry you should have checked before you left. It's store policy once you walk out with it we can't do anything. I said "can I just speak with an owner I'm here literally almost twice a week and i would never try to screw you guys like that." It's not like there was just a couple missing It's 13 tablets. I guess I kind of thought if it were me as the owner and one of my frequent customers had that happen to them, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, start with apologizing and give them a new one with 15 in it this time but then say make sure you check moving forward so it doesn't happen again because next time we won't be able to do anything for you. That just seems fair to me. But instead I was told I could get a discount on my next purchase. yeah thanks but no thanks. It's just principle you know. Why support a place that doesn't value their frequent customers. So to all, if your product doesn't professionally seal by a factory, make sure you open it dump it out in front of them and count. I will be purchasing everything online from now on. It's cheaper online anyway.
