I recently moved to this area, and the first time I went to the store, I did not have a great experience. The worker came out from the back room and went right back in. He did not approach me and I stood there waiting. Another employee, Ant, came out and he apologized for his worker's lack of attention to a customer. I always go when Ant is there because not only does he remember me. He remembers what I like. The goods at a store attract customers, but most importantly, the workers at a store ensure that customers return. Ant is an excellent employee and makes my visits pleasant. Thank you, Ant, for the time you spend on your customers.

Ant always helps me pick the best stuff! This store is always well lit, clean, smells good, and otherwise has immaculate vibes every time I come in, not to mention the lowest ATM fees I've seen anywhere! Overall one of the best shops like this I've been to, having worked in the same industry.

RACIST! I used to frequent this store but I will not be back! As a paying customer, I wait patiently for my turn frequently when I visit the store. One day, I guess since there were some white females that entered the store, the clerk felt the need to tell me to wait so he can service people that came in after me, completely stopping my sale. However, when I am waiting at the register, they continue to work with (white) customers while I wait to pay for my things on a normal basis. Plenty of other smoke shops around and I’ll be telling all of my local customers to not purchase from there either!

I drive all the way from the West End to come to this Smoke Shop. Ant is my favorite - hes always so helpful and knows what I like. I always have a good laugh with whoever is working also. Highly recommend.

Nice vape shop with good customer service. The guys who work there are very nice and always remind me to get a stamp on my loyalty card since I always forget. Good vape selection. Best in Brookline for sure.
