The big guy that works in here is the worst rep I’ve ever seen He is a pain to all my friends and me. He never respects people, none of my people are visiting this place again and I strongly suggest others do the same unless you don’t need respect where you spend $$$. A girl with glasses was always welcoming with a great smile, I guess she stoped working too she was the only reason I came again Felt disappointed They do not have much collection anyways

The prices are reasonable. The selection is very good! The staff is knowledgeable & very kind. Stop by and see ALL they offer. It’s a really cool store & worth the trip!

Dude with vitiligo is always so sour towards me. I usually just mind my business, buy my stuff and leave. Today I came in, he screamed at me as soon as I walked in and kicked me out. Said he was going to blame me for his door being broken lol. It was such a weird exchange. I apologize for calling you fat over it, but that was totally uncalled for. The girl is really nice tho

The guy treated me like a criminal within 30 seconds of entering. The prices I managed to see before I was insulted for no reason were marked up nearly 100 percent over what you can order them off any site for. Would not recommend.

Keystone Vapors Dormont is a great neighborhood destination store. The location is fabulous, parking easy for city standards, the nicest people serving, and the best prices around. I love the selection of products, and Keystone Vapors keeps up with the changing industry, always carrying old favorites and new.
