My friend and I have been going to this shop for well over a year now and are regular customers just about every week. Sometimes more than once a week. This store used to be so nice. There was friendly service and the prices were decent. Ever since they fired the original worker and replaced him with a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing this place has declined massively. Yesterday specifically, my friend went in to pick up some of their flower, the cashier rang each 3.5 of it individually despite her buying a bulk amount. This has never been the case at this store. When she pointed out that she was being overcharged and it has never been rung up this way as it massively increases the price, the cashier insisted that this was correct and would not change it. She was upcharged over $20. We will be looking for a new store and we will be telling anyone who we previously recommended this store to to never return. They would rather lose long time customers over $20 than make over $100 off of us each week. Truly disgusting customer service and I would not ever recommend stepping foot into this store. They have also consistently shorted us on bus. Overall it's a place with unknowledgeable employees who don't know what they are doing, insanely high prices that don't match what they advertise, and horrible customer service. Never go here.
