If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been calling for over two weeks to speak with a manager or owner and tried multiple locations. There is an employee at the shadyside location that is stealing customer private information and repeatedly calling and harassing me, asking where I live and work, and sexually harassing me in the store and from my phone number that I have on file with the store. I asked him to stop calling me and he would not listen. Plus he always seems to be working whenever I’ve tried to call to make a report. His name is Sherif. I felt and still feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. If you are a woman, stay away from that store for your own safety, and don't give them your phone number since no one seems to care about the safety of their customers. I have not and will not be going back or spending my money with this business anymore. I just want everyone to know how this business handles sexual harassment by their employees and protect other girls from this creep.

Giving this place a one after two years of good service. They hired some older man who is rather rude daily and has often tried to lie and gaslight about pricing to which I will immediately leave and this has resulted now in him sitting and looking through the window and ignore when approached. Great store up until they hired this person.

I just left the shop after having a discussion with the proprietor about his prices and he explained the reason for his prices, and I accepted his product only to walk out the store with stale product, the crumbles in your hand. If you buy backwoods, do not shop with him

The only place I go to!!! No matter where in the city I am I find one of their locations even if it means driving 30 minutes out my way and passing 30 vape stores in the way. Love them!!

I have visited this store more than ten times, but my last experience was quite disappointing. They sold me a cheap vape brand at an inflated price, and the flavor was unsatisfactory. After four days of use, I returned to the store, but they claimed no knowledge of the issue. I ultimately discarded the vape at the store.
