I don't normally write reviews, esp NEGATIVE reviews, but GODDAMN the Customer Service (or rather, lack thereof) I received this Morning was AWFUL! The guy was SO RUDE AND CURT, it felt like a Chore that I was there, like I was a Nuisance in his day! I mean I was very Polite but at one point I just ended up getting a THC Drink just cuz my Anxiety was starting to Crawl, I could tell he was just getting Annoyed with me FOR NO REASON! I wanted to get a Pen initially but NOPE, HAD TO LEAVE! :( 0 out of 10, I'd give it a 1 for the Drink but Nah im sorry, that dude NEEDS to learn People Skills!!!!!! :/

dont expect consistency with discounts at this place lol its kind of a coin toss if you'll pay the same amount for the same product if you buy it more than once

Skylar was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He was so kind, very helpful and had the best personality! By far one of the most best employee+customer encounters I’ve experienced. He was very well spoken as well and super funny. He actually engaged in conversation unlike a lot of people in customer service. Give this man a raise or some kind of bonus!! He so deserves it! I will definitely be coming back again! If I could, I’d give him 10 stars!

Great people work here. Always pleasant, always patient, and this spot has a lot! Good selection, good price, plus liquids and vape accessories galore. Not to mention all sorts of other wellness and or pleasure items. This is by far the best Keystone vapes located inter-city Pittsburgh.
