Great selection of mods and disposables, competitive prices, veteran discounts, and quality products. Sydney was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She helped us find what we needed. Thank you for staying open during your posted hours until 10pm, unlike a lot of stores which say 10, but close early. I appreciate your service and will gladly shop there again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was looking to get into dabbing and I went to this store by someone else's suggestion. The only knowledge I had of dabbing were the videos I watched the night before on YT. I had to tell the lady what I needed, she acted completely clueless when I said I need this and this, and ultimately had to search the store myself to find the things I needed. She was also either too involved in her phone call or just didn't care to mention that I was missing 2 very important tools needed. Clearly not a smoker. Stay the hell away from this store if you actually need help with something. Just go to Golden Goat across the street.

Got a Yocan magneto. Girl with purple hair could not answer any of my questions (and seemed like she could care less). When she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said do I need one to return it if it doesn't work and her response was "I don't know". Hopefully it works, I guess.

This place is wack. Avoid it if you can. They give you a hard time when you ask for the same discounts all other locations offer. They charge higher price and say it’s not allowed to give the same discount because of their location and demand. I go sometimes a half hour out of my way to the dormont or south side locations. The other locations tell me that the sales they have are company wide and every store should be selling goods at the same discounted price. It’s always a battle to get the same price here and they make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor and they are risking their job for giving you the discount. Never an easy transaction here
