If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This lady needs to go back to where she came from. This was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had at any vape shop. The employee behind the counter manages to make customers feel like they’re bothering her simply by walking through the door. Every interaction is met with attitude, impatience, and a complete lack of professionalism. I was asked for my ID yet again despite being clearly well over the legal age and having shown it on previous visits. While I understand age verification policies, there is a huge difference between following store policy and treating customers with basic respect. Unfortunately, respect seems to be missing here. The biggest issue came when I asked which coils would fit my vape. Rather than admitting she wasn’t sure, she sold me a pack that turned out to be completely wrong. When I returned to exchange them for the correct coils, I was refused any help. Apparently, giving incorrect advice is acceptable, but correcting the mistake is not. What makes this experience so frustrating is the combination of poor product knowledge and an attitude that suggests the customer is always the problem. If you’re going to work in a specialty shop, customers should be able to trust your recommendations. When those recommendations are wrong, the least you can do is try to make it right instead of acting like the situation is an inconvenience. There are plenty of vape shops with knowledgeable staff who know how to speak to customers respectfully. I would strongly recommend spending your money at one of those businesses instead.

The shop keeper is the best of any smoke and skill shop around. They have all the best products. They have a clean and safe environment for all of their customers. This is the best shop of its kind and I always recommend my friends to stop here for all of their needs

I just got two vapes from there they both taste burnt barely any flavor to them the one just makes me gag

Only thing that was odd was they didn't have any plain tobacco oil.

Prices are astronomical, the mark up is almost triple for vaping supplies, crazy! A vape coil even with mark up should be around three to four dollars this is not what I experienced the nicotine liquid prices were very high as well. I was also taken back when I stepped in the door, the smell of marijuana was so strong my shirt smelled like I hotboxed The Mystery Machine for hours after my visit. I don't foresee this place being here long.
