I know how important writing a review is for a small business. I walked in there today very nervous about explaining my situation with my wife. The woman behind the counter I believe her name was Carrie made me feel extremely comfortable. She was an absolute doll. I would recommend this family owned business to anybody especially if you want to speak about personal matters because I have this feeling it's not going to leave her. The only thing I would suggest different is to have somewhere to tip because I couldn't do that and I wanted to. :-)

They are always so welcoming and also very knowledgeable about there products. They meet there customers needs and take time to chat to make sure its the correct product for each individual! Love this place and i will keep coming back!!!

This vape shop is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. I’ve been going here for years and feel bad that it’s taking me this long to write a review for them. Mike is a total gentleman, he’s always super helpful and the level of service is always very high. If you’re in the area and you’re looking for anything vape related, definitely stop by Level first!

Nice little shop. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helped me pick out a good rda. They have a good selection of hardware to choose from. Edit: Wow, six year later and I'm still loving this place. Everyone there is awesome. Han does a great job keeping what we need in stock.

This place is great, it's my regular vape shop and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they have a rewards card there which allows you to get TWO free disposables or juices for every 10 disposable/juice purchase!
