This wawa is definitely one of the better ones in the area, however, for awhile every time I’ve ordered a make your own parfait at this wawa it has been lacking. the common denominator here is this one employee who crams puts all of the toppings in the middle of the parfait and doesn’t fill it. It’s disappointing frankly.

ordered here yesterday and they forgot 2 of my items THEN got the rest of the items but the wrong flavor. it feels like it was intentional because y’all couldn’t get in contact with me to tell me some stuff were unavailable?

It's been a year if not more since I've been to a wawa, there is more baked goods, breakfast options, snacks, drinks than ever, wow! There were strawberry refresher samples, really good. Ordered an iced matcha drink, young lady who made my drink did a perfect job and was friendly, it was around 2PM on Feb 18th. You are appreciated!! Also got a quesadilla and cheddar brocc soup, really good.

This Wawa is always a joke, literally nothing is ever stocked in the coolers, orders never come out right. Big Wawa fan too but this one is a disaster

Sandwich was prepared with chicken salad instead of oven roasted turkey. I get it, mistakes happen. I think Wawa should rethink their service recovery though. Both options (refund or remake) force the customer to drive back to store, which is pretty inconvenient (they won’t do a refund unless you come back in). I brought the sandwich they originally made back to them when I picked up the new one, as some restaurants require this. I placed it on the counter for the deli employee. She stated I could throw it out and pointed to a trash can at the end of the counter when a trash can was right next to her.
