The people inside are amazing and they keep up with their products. I come here regularly at least once a day and they're always so warm and bubbly when they see us. And between the Plymouth and Wilkes-Barre stores the one employee Amanda does an amazing job and helps me find what I need with a smile on her face!

Amanda is spectacular. she has Very fantastic customer service rep.She definitely keeps this store going. Such a fantastic person! So experienced! I'm am completely convinced she is bringing all your customers.she can sell anything!

Amanda was so sweet and kind and took her time to answer all my questions!!! She even showed me how to use something i bought which i appreciated a lot! The staff there gave me reccomendations on products and just overall i had a great experience:>

I just left the shop and this lady DELIBERATELY overcharged me for my things. She scanned one item 5x and i asked her to please scan them separately because they are not all the same price. Instead of scanning them sept, she tried (in vain) to explain that they should all be the price i was charged. i simply asked her to scan them, and she didn’t!! I told her, Amanda served me the same thing and was the one who told me they were different prices but NEVER made mention of ANY prices being wrong. Amanda was perfect, but i will not return to that place.

I was initially impressed with the extensive selection, and even spent over $130 in 2 days. The first day I received a veteran discount. I accidentally forgot to ask the second day. I went right back in the store with all of the unopened merchandise. I told the cashier that I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and really would appreciate if we could ring it back up with the discount between $5-$9. He said, No!
