The selection of products is fantastic, but more importantly the staff is amazing! I was there this past Thursday and again tonight and the gentleman/lady who assisted me were very helpful. On Thursday the gentlemen helped me find the perfect pouch for the piece I bought, and tonight the lady helped me pick out a candle. Excellent customer service from the men and women who work here!

He took out the correct items I needed. I told him I'll take this. He put it back. Took out the wrong item. Now I have to go back over an half hour drive today to exchange the wrong item for the right one. Why he did that I don't know maybe it's a new guy. But you need to train him properly I clearly said what I needed. It was on the counter. So why he put my stuff back in is beyond me. I just hope when I show up tomorrow they didn't sell out of what I actually need I paid almost 50 dollars for the wrong item. RPM2 please for a nord x Not rpm for the 1st edition releases.
