Top Choice Smoke Shop has been my go-to spot for all my vape needs Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, and they never disappoint! Beyond vapes, they offer a fantastic selection of papers, tobacco, hookahs, candles, and so much more. The customer service here is outstanding—Isaac and the rest of the team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Whether you’re shopping for essentials or just stopping by for a Gatorade and a quick chat, this place is worth the visit. Highly recommend!
