This store is awesome the staff are the real stars in this location though. They are absolutely amazing great people that work at this particular location on lycoming Rd and will actually talk to you and help you find whatever you are looking for. They are very friendly, and plesent, awesome demeanor, and customer service is top notch for sure. And they even give a shit if you've had a good day or a bad day and some of them will even try to cheer you up with a joke or words of encouragement. 😁

Was quoted $14 for a product if I scanned my license for their rewards program. I agreed and had a $3 coupon to use which was accepted. I should have then paid $11 plus tax and when it was rung up and I went to pay, the clerk announced it was $22!!!! WTH is that? No remedy on their part to figure out the issue or correct it - just well I guess it's 22 bucks. Freakin hassle and waste of time.

I have never had a problem with Puff's staff. They joke with customers and those that sit at the slot machines, there's always conversations going on about day to day things. I have seen rudeness from customers towards the staff, but never seen or heard the staff get rude back. Always an apologetic "sorry you feel that way".

The ladies in this store are the best!! Always so helpful and patient w me! My wife smokes some weird brand and I always seem to get it wrong when I tell em what I want... But I think we got it figured out!

on feb 3, 2019 around 6 pm I visited Puffs at 2065 lycoming creek road. i went in to cash in my cash 5 winning tickets. i had 3 tickets, 2 singles plays for $1.00 each and a 7 day play for $12.50 and $1.00, I had a total winning of $15.50. the lady behind the counter said i only won $ 2.00 dollars, i confronted her about the 7 play ticket for $13.50, she said all i won was $2.00. I know i had 3 winning tickets because i checked them on line before I went to cash them in. I beleave my best recourse would be to go to the lottery commission, BEWARE, THE STORE IS DSHONEST
