Tobacco Lux has provided both great service and terrible service over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst experience yet. The employee spent most of the time on his cell phone, wouldn't answer basic questions, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. It's disappointing because I've had positive experiences here in the past, but this visit left a very poor impression.

Very friendly worker. Gave me a great deal on kratom again. I already reviewed before, but felt the need to review again, as this place has great service. Highly recommend and tell all my friends to go here. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Best customer service, good quality stuff, good prices. They just open too so go get those deals while they last, your not goin to regret it.

Always great service. The people that work there are nice and helpful. I only go to this place. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff that is willing to work with you. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys good deals and fair prices. Thanks!
