Had an amazing experience at Nonna’s Smoke Shop. What really stood out was how much time they took with us — they didn’t rush at all and made sure everything was perfect before we left. They answered all our questions, gave great recommendations, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience. Looking forward to going back and seeing the new pieces!! :)

Very nice little spot, kind of unassuming, but a large variety inside. Chris was really nice and very helpful letting me take a look at quite a few different pieces before settling on two that I really liked. Great selection with the variety of sizes and shapes, and also prices. If you’re looking for something a little less expensive, they’ve got that, or something a bit more intricate, they have that too!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service...I ended up calling, looking for the new Puffco 3DXL, all in black. It's a very specific item. Huge shout out to CHRIS! They actually sent me photos of the chambers that they had in stock, which they did have in stock! BUT, unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to make it there tonight. And this location is not open tomorrow, so they recommended the store in Johnston and called for me! Top-notch customer service, highly recommended. Thanks again. I hope you have an amazing weekend.

Great experience. Very clean and well organized. Love that they carry local glass blowers and promote artists in our community. Chris helped me out and was super nice. He found me exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 experience at Nonna’s Smoke Shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, and a really clean, well-stocked shop. They took their time helping us find exactly what we needed. Easily the best smoke shop around — we’ll definitely be coming back and won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
