They have everything you could want and great quality products that are affordable. And great customer service. The store opens at 10am though, not 9:00

Title: A Masterclass in Scamming Customers I don’t write reviews. Ever. But when a business is so shamelessly bad that it feels like an obligation, here we are. This place sells defective products and hides behind a “no returns, no exchanges” policy to avoid accountability. I bought a vaporizer that appeared to work in-store—just enough battery to deceive me into thinking it was functional. The moment the battery died? It wouldn’t charge. And here’s the disgusting part: How the hell am I supposed to know to test if it charges before buying? Customers operate on a basic, unspoken trust that a business isn’t out to scam them. But this place? They bank on you assuming that trust. The clerk was cool but powerless to help, so we called the manager. I explained the situation and asked for an exchange—basic fairness. Her response? A flat-out no. I asked, “Do you really think I’m here trying to scam you over a cheap-ass vaporizer?” If I broke it, I’d own up to it and buy another. But I didn’t. They sold me a defective product, refused to test it, and then made it my problem. Before hanging up, I asked if she cared about reviews and fairness. She said she did. But words are easy. The real metric is action—and her lack of it is why you’re reading this review. I understand that products can be defective, but this business won’t stand by their products. Plenty of other Smokeshop on Cranston st. Olneyville flea market. Avoid this. This is just a set me off not for money but lack of accountability. Thanks for reading through this long long review

Locally owned smoke shop. I live in the neighborhood, and they see me a lot in the store. Lol. All the people who run the store like the occasional chit chat when it's slow. The prices are good too. Awesome bongs. Cigars. It's literally in the name. Ciggarettes tend to be priced higher because the store isn't a major chain, like 7-11, so they get up charged. And gotta pay that RI tax prices. But it's worth it. 😎🚬
