I’ve stopped into Illyrian Cigars twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Louis has helped me each time, and he’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The humidor is well stocked with a great selection of cigars, and the shop has a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated was that they have a stack of empty cigar boxes that customers are welcome to take for free. If you’re crafty or enjoy repurposing them for projects or storage, it’s a nice little bonus. I like to take one to put my new cigars in with a Boveda humidity pack. If you’re looking for a great local cigar shop with excellent customer service and a solid selection, I definitely recommend checking out Illyrian Cigars. I’ll be back!

The walk-in humidor is incredibly well-stocked with all the big names. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. This store is well organized. Everything I bought was perfectly humidified and ready to light. I’ll definitely be a regular here. Luis is an amazing person, he really shows his passion and love for cigars.

Found this place by doing a search in Claude and it was exactly as described. I showed up just before the posted closing time and I apologized to Luis for potentially keeping him late and he said not to worry. He took the time to show me around the humidor and explain a bit about each item. Excellent experience and I enjoyed his recommendation after dinner. Good prices as well. May go back to grab a couple more sticks before I head back to New York.

The kindness and expertise I got was outstanding. This is a fabulous little shop fun you get a tutorial on cigars which I know very little about and they are just the kindest and it’s a cool little place. Just cool energy good vibes.. Kudos kudos kudos to this fabulous store✌️❤️

Louie at this shop is the best, he not only made me feel welcomed, comfortable and happy. He made me feel like a friend, a brother, a long time customer. He took great care of me, as a noobie I was a little worried. He made amazing recommendations, he showed me around, he compared cigars and did not upsell me. He promised even the cheap cigars are very good. And he was very right! On a budget? Dont even trip, they'll take very good care of you. He threw me a house rolled cigar in for free. He bagged up my 5 cigars, threw in a humidity packet and matches along with a 10% discount. If you ever feel like you're not receiving the customer service/experience at another shop. Well, this is the place to change that. I highly recommend them. I will only come to them from now on and I will feel very sad if I move far away. Guys don't sleep on this shop. I drove 40 minutes and was not disappointed one bit. He works weekend as he told me, so make sure if you want Louie you come on a weekend. Thank you Louie again for the amazing experience!!! You are the reason I will be coming back.
