Great customer service, my vape started spitting juice in the evening of when I bought it. Called the store and asked if I could swap it out and they did. Not many vape shops do that and now I’m not stuck with a bad vape. Thank you April 25, 2024

Although my normal 'Vape- It' location is the one on Lady's Island, I have been to this location many times. It doesn't matter which location you go to, you are still going too get the best personal customer service, the most knowledgeable and friendly staff with prices that are awesome! They also offer aa multi- visit incentive program. I won't go anywhere else because THEY ROCK!!!!!!!!!
