Very happy with this store, and its variety of options. Easily could spend two hours reading their stock. They have a lovely young gentleman whom I can’t remember his name, just bleach blonde hair and glasses…he is above and beyond helpful, courteous and Paitent. Most smoke shops can be questionable as a female, not this store. I’d use the word “classy” honestly. (Not paid for or asked to review. They just deserve it.)

They get rid of defective products by running sales on them and not allowing returns on sale products. Purchased Space Mary brand vapes, and both of them were defective. One would not draw at all and the other would not turn off and could have set my house on fire. I have spent thousands at Planet Vapor locations, but will never set foot in one again. I regret recommending them to so many people.

Great selection, very clean, and Nicolas was absolutely wonderful at helping me and answering any questions I had.

Do not shop here. They sell faulty product and refuse to return it. We bought 2 E-cigs on Saturday which turn on and off randomly and get hot to the touch. They refuse to return the products on the next monday(2 days later) even though the E-cigs show we did not use much of the cartridge and we had a receipt. Poor customer service and clearly selling faulty product on purpose. Edit - Go across the street, their english is worse but the product and service are better.

They are the only place that carries the VG juice that I use. They're not like all the other smoke shops that just pop up in a day and are overcrowded with stuff you can barely search through. They're organized and have everything from what vaping began as to what it is now with all the disposable stuff. They have multiple locations throughout Columbia so they're pretty convenient and when you purchase something you open up an account so that each time you go you give your phone number and they know who you are. It's very customer-friendly.
