This store is phenomenal. It isn't easy to get 5 stars from me but they did it. The man at the register Muhammad Ali was great. He doesn't pressure you but kindly helped when needed and then I was short a couple dollars so he gave me a discount. Great selection good vibe and I would recommend it to everyone.

This message is for that business owner! Please be careful as to who you allow to run your location. I've been shopping there since the beginning of when the store opened, and have never experienced such rude customer service as I did tonight. Whoever the employee that worked on Friday, September 26, 2025 @ approximately 8:45 (Kailee), was extremely rude, did not appear to have any customer etiquette, her behavior showed that she could careless about any good representation of your establishment, not only that, she thought it was ok to vape watched a movie, all whole indulging in a phone conversation, did not greet myself nor the customer that entered the store after me and nonetheless...her demeanor comes off as a pure racist! I'm a frequent shopper there, just earlier today I experienced the best service from another young lady. If ever in the near future, if I decide to pull up, and notice that same employee from tonight is still there, I will kindly take my business elsewhere. I don't spend money where there is trash, poor service! My advice respectfully would be to get rid of her!!!! Some individuals are just naturally disgusting, she's one of them!! 🚮

This business sells faulty products. I bought a smog Novo vape from their establishment and the LCD screen went out on it. I tried to go back and see if they will let me swap it out. The owner told me no I spent $40 on this vape. The product didn't even last a month.
