Terrible customer service no one is in their store. Me and my husband walk in hello how are you doing? We get no conversation back. I make it halfway through the store saying hello how are you doing? You don’t speak to your customers oh hello how are you? how can I help you? I said what I wanted and stood there and he never came after six minutes of waiting for him after I told him what I wanted and not getting it. I decide I want to leave come back in and ask for the owner of the manager’s name because that’s very much disrespect considering I’ve done spent in two weeks over $500 in the store And the first thing he wants to tell me is, I’m sorry I’m scheduling my appointment. I have nothing to do with that at all. You’re at work. Your first thing was to do when I walked in and say hey how are you doing? Give me one minute I’m on an important phone call you didn’t do that so I’m not to give a care about you having to schedule anything while you’re on the clock working and people come in to buy something and spend their money learn customer service, and realize that your customers always right.

Online says 24 hours this is now the third time I’ve tried to stop by on my break at 2am and they’ve been closed . They used to be really good about being open

My experience usually is great here!! But tonight at 11:30 on 6/12 , there’s a guy in there on the phone & he says “ Well the owner isn’t here, im going to charge what i want” and proceeds to give me what i usually get for 6$ , i paid $10 . If he is there again , i will not spend my money there again.

Terrible customer service! I purchased from here, twice in a row, and received bad vape pens. The first time, I figured it may have been a bad batch, and said nothing…but the second time, I brought the bad vape pen back. The sales guy didn’t ask any questions…didn’t care to make it right….so I will never shop here again.

Good prices, I love that they are 24 hours and mahdi is your guy he definitely will get you right. Very helpful and sweet
