after multiple experiences in Wild side I’ve come to the conclusion This is a very sexist establishment. if no one is in there, you will get helped right away, but if you walk in when they’re busy, they will let men walk in and shop before you. They won’t help you until every man in the store has been helped. weird and the employees need to pay attention because the customer service is lacking. and if you have a man in your life, maybe teach him some common sense about waiting For their turn

I've been coming to this smoke shop almost 3 years, and I've always had a really good experience shopping here. There's a younger guy with braids who's been helping me when I've came in this year, I don't know his name but he's very helpful and friendly. Good products and knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend checking out this smoke shop when you're in Downtown Charleston.

What a Joke. If you can take one look at this store, then go and overlook the reviews to said location, how do you guys only answer the good reviews? This just shows what poor management is being held upon this building. A good vape store would be trying to solve the issue or atleast a ‘Sorry’. Silence is the loudest answer and after doing a run through seeing what type of business is being held here, This is beyond childish, and irresponsible. Charleston should do better 😬😂

Eric and Trey were super helpful. I got a really great drink. They recommended me the pineapple 25 mg. Great customer service!! Extremely knowledgeable!!!

if i could leave no stars i would. this place is so absolutely unprofessional, cant test my vape in the store, the workers never know what they’re talking about let alone the products they sell. i think the owners of this shop just hire people for their looks and not their work this is ridiculous so many vape shops in charleston with workers who have no clue what they’re selling. On top of incompetent employees, they’re not welcoming, as soon as you walk in you feel the energy drift like the workers don’t even want to be there. and i’m wondering if you guys even check your reviews because so many are mentioning how your workers are uneducated and it seems like this place just keeps hiring more and more of them. This is charleston your workers should be educated, and welcoming and want to be at work.
