Charged my card, while cc machine was going down. Told me it didnt charge my card even though i showed it to them. Told me it would go back on card next day. 4 days later , go back with receipt, now she dont know whats going on even though u the 1 who helped me sunday. Was a regular customer, definitely not going back. Cant deal with thiefs.

The cashier was so sweet and they gave my sister's dog a treat.

Husband wanted some cigars so we stopped by there today to get some. We drove a hour just to get there. He got six , two the same and four different ones. Only to get home and see that two of the cigars are cracked half way up.(The two that are the same) He called and the lady that answered the phone was not very helpful. She said they normally won’t exchange it. We’re not driving a hour back just to hope that they exchange it this time. Since they (normally don’t) we definitely will never be a returning customer. And we will definitely spread the word about our experience! My advice to anyone that goes in there to buy cigars…. Check them before you leave and make sure there not broke. Because they NORMALLY don’t exchange them. Oh and the best part… they ask you how YOU broke them! Shame on that business!
