Bought a hookalit on a Thursday and I always check to see if it work before I leave. Next day it stopped wrkn. Went back and bought a different one to go on my trip and it did the samething. They were no help with the problem and told me they are losing money too. How when you took my money. I'm the one losing it on money buying a product that you sell n doesn't work for a whole 24hr. I'm truly pissed.
