One of the only stores I can find anywhere around Greenville that sells Beri Crush. I was going to order them online but it’s cheaper to get them from the store. It was an employee recommendation and it’s now the only brand I will buy. Thanks guys!

As a Greenville native, I take small businesses seriously. I like finding "my place," and over time that place tends to change. For several months, S&K down the road was my go-to until they stopped offering their 2-for-$30 disposable vape deal. That's when I wandered into Haywood Tobacco & Vape and met Izzy. Two things immediately stood out: the owner and the stamp card. Sure, they carry the same products you'll find in countless other vape shops, but Izzy's customer service made this place different from day one. Personable, authentic, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in taking care of customers. The staff is great as well, but there's something reassuring about knowing the owner stands behind his business and will make things right when needed. Then there was the stamp card. Anyone who vapes knows there are endless places to buy from. Their punch card was simple, rewarding, and refreshingly different from every other points program out there. In fact, I started buying exclusively from Haywood Tobacco & Vape because of it. I liked the shop enough that I sent my mother and several friends their way. This past Sunday, I stopped in for two Fifty Bars and learned they're discontinuing the stamp card in favor of the phone-number rewards system. I won't lie, I was disappointed. The stamp card was one of the things that set them apart. I'll still be back, just with a little less enthusiasm. Then came the strangest experience I've had in years of vaping. When I opened the second Fifty Bar, the flavor inside wasn't what was listed on the package. Even stranger, the lettering on the device itself almost looked fake. I've never had anything like that happen before. Oddly enough, I wasn't worried. Not because it wasn't frustrating, but because I know Izzy will make it right. And that's exactly why I recommend Haywood Tobacco & Vape. Products are products. Deals come and go. Loyalty programs change. Character doesn't. Whatever happened with that vape was clearly a manufacturing issue and not the shop's fault, but I have complete confidence they'll stand behind what they sell. Now I just need to stop back in and show them the world's most confusing Fifty Bar.

Hands down the best prices. I always stop by here to get my offstamp vapes because they have the best prices on offstamp vapes in the entire state. I havent really gotten much else from here but the staff is always very nice and helpful. Im updating my review to a 4star because though the prices and staff are great. This will be the third time I've shown up to the store when theyre supposed to be open and no one is there. Google says they open at 8a but whoever is supposed to show up is always late. This store needs to update their hours on Google or actually show up to work on time because this is starting to get frustrating.

I’ve now become a regular customer to this location due to the customer service I receive from their clerk Grace. Sweet girl always helpful especially with my million of questions. My intentions are always to try something different and I almost always leave with my normal vape. 😂 Grace never makes me feel rushed and this store has good prices so that is definitely my second plus during my visits.
