As much as I hate it, I won't return. i went to get a replacement for the dispo's ive been using to save some money. i asked the guy his recs and ended up with a talons 3 device and some juice a few weeks ago. i noticed I wasn't feeling well so I went to the doctor and it was NICOTINE POISONING. they had sold me 25mg salt nic and a SUB OHM DEVICE, which you arent supposed to do due to it being HIGHLY DANGEROUS. i admit i should have done my own research, but I thought I could trust them. please go somewhere else that is educated rather than wanting a quick sale. im devastated. been a customer for over 10 years

I love everything about Palmetto Vapors except (I think his name is Grant). He is extremely rude all of the time. I see several complaints about him in the reviews with promises from the owner that it will never happen again, but it continues to happen. I may be back, but absolutely not while he is “working” and I say working loosely because him getting angry when customers come in is wild. He was so rude today that I just didn’t get what I went in for and went to the new vape shop in Pelion. It’s a shame to let one person ruin an otherwise incredible business.

Originally I was having some problems with an Atmos transporter vaporizer. After talking with the owner, he did me a huge solid and helped me out. I've always gotten good service from these guys, might be a slip up sometimes but they always resolve it. Thanks again to the owner for being such a cool guy. -loyal customer for 2+ years
