Price of product I purchase has increased tremendously. Was 11.99, 13.99, then 18.99, now 21.99. won't be back. Found store with price still 13.99. AmericanMade, local product from NC.

They employees barely speak English and sold me the wrong item than what I was describing and was forced to go back in and buy the proper item

Won’t be shopping here anymore went to buy a geekvape aegis hero q. On geekvapes actual website they are $26.99. This place as them marked up to $39.99 almost double the cost it’s supposed to be asked the guy if he will sell it for what it’s supposed to sell for like geekvapes website says he said no so I left and got it on geekvapes website for $20 less. Just another place trying to rip people off.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They denied me a manager or owner. They hang up on me anytime I call, regardless of what it is about. They speak 0 English which is typically fine up until the point it becomes a PLOY. I am astonished at the lack of professionalism BOTH stores lack, I’ve been told it’s the same owner for this store & the RedBank location. I truly hope the owner reads this & does not happen to be as disgusting as the people he/she employs. I will be filing with the better business bureau after today’s debacle. Where your employee outright lied & refused to honor your company’s policy or basic business ethics.
