Used to be great. They got rid of their best employee and now they don’t keep stuff in stock he always kept your stuff in stock and was knowledgeable. Guy at the counter didn’t even know what brand or flavor I was trying to get. Sad, horrible experiences ever since they got rid of Sully.

good customer service had kitty cats helping very clean store and respectful personal. prices little high but little fellow working there was very helpful with selection ...I told him I had X among to spend and he gave me options and showed me different items to get the most for my money. this is located in a good area next to Kroger's.

Came in looking for a Puffco device. Was charged $85 for a puffco hot knife, and quoted $349 for a puffco proxy that retails at $250 online. Will not be doing anymore business here. They overcharge, and the products they’re selling are not even SEALED in their package. Big disappointment.

The guy at the counter is the absolute best! I have been coming here for years and the guy who is employed there right now and is always at the counter when I go is the absolute best employee this place has had! He's always so sociable and catering to my needs! He is just the sweetest! Always listens to what I'm looking for and gives great suggestions! I really don't ever want to go to another tobacco shop because I know I won't get the same treatment!
