Brought a brand new vape charged it all night. Next morning it doesn’t work. I just wanted a replacement device. All this lady did was laugh and smile while providing absolutely no customer service. No replacement or refund was issued. This shop has faulty vapes and they know it. Don’t trust these crooks with anything. The guy in this picture was also laughing about the products not working they said it’s not their problem if their products don’t work. #scam-cam

Kelly was very nice and patient! He has a good variety of flavors. Very personable and friendly person. Did not make me feel like he only wanted my money. He made me feel welcome and appreciated! I will always come see him! The best by far!

This review is more about is Kelly than anything else. The store has a great selection of quality products and liquids. It's clean. The prices aren't bad at all.... But my first trip there, I encountered a not so knowledgeable lump on a log member of the staff. Luckily, I had to return to the store and meet Kelly. If there is a vape guru... This is the guy. He takes the time to ask questions, he takes the time to listen, he understands people as much as the product he sells. What he says is accurate. What he sells is what you asked for or what you said you needed. Just friendly professional help... Thanks Kelly! I look forward to another 6 months of business together.
