Sadly changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Oscar, one of the salesmen, is a great guy and the main reason I came to this store. However the manager/owner I can’t say the same for. Upon being sold a defective product, and being told I would be given a replacement I was then charged an additional $20 by the owner. What I would once highly recommend I cannot. They do not practice good business. And I will not be purchasing from a store that won’t honor its mistakes.

Poor customer service and higher prices than any vape store around. Pick up a vape for my wife that was defective and he said I should have tested it before I left the store. I have proof of purchase and everything else but would help me out. I smoked for 35 yrs and had a heart attack last year, the last thing I want to do is to “ TEST A VAPE!! Losers! Plenty more options out there so enjoy the $27 you overcharge for your vapes!
