This is the best tobacco/vape store in the Upstate. Check them out if you don't believe me. I don't generally add reviews often, because sometimes I feel that customer service is a lost art. When I do add reviews though, it's not often I give 5 stars. However, after buying products from this company over the span of a few months, I realized that this shop is extremely honest. They have great prices, quality products, and they give a cash discount. That alone shows they care about their customers. They also take it a step further by offering samples, discounts, and perks to both new and returning customers. They have done great by me as a customer. I couldve written this review sooner. They had already earned a good review from me. However, The experience I had with this company the other day really changed me from a regular customer to a forever supporter and a loyal friend. I arrived at the store, went inside, made a selection, and then realized that I didn't have enough cash for my purchase. However, the owner gave me a discount so that I could still get what I wanted. While this shows how kind these people are, this was different then just good customer service. While "good businessmen" reward regular customers, "kind people" help those they see struggling. On my way out the door, he told me "happy holidays". "Interesting thing to say after memorial day", I thought to myself. Intrigued, I looked up what holiday it was, and found out it was an extremely important holiday for Muslims called "Eid al-Adha". Its a day about caring, giving, and sacrifice. I shed a few tears because it meant a lot to me. I felt included in a culture & religion that was not my own, but spoke so true to my spirit. This is the kind of stuff that brings the community together, not flash sales and loyalty rewards, but the love of God and the love of others. Anyways, I am so very privileged and honored to have this company in my community. If you can, stop in sometime Tell them Lex sent you.

Amin is the best around. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always looking out for his customers. Knows his stuff and always makes excellent recommendations. There’s not been a time I’ve been he hasn’t thrown me a deal or outright given me product for free. Truly a great guy and store that I will always come back to. I’ve moved away but still make the drive just for the excellent customer service and choice of product. Thank you Amin!!!!

Amin is the greatest! He really takes care of the customer. No price gouging! Great prices! And he's honest about all of his products. I drive all the way from Greenville to patronize him, if that means anything.

Owner rude and disrespectful. Owner profusely apologized to the man behind me for having to wait while he completed my transaction yet did not apologize to me for having to wait while he helped another customer (I was not expecting an apology). I told him the product I wanted and pointed it out to him and he responded “I know what it looks like”. As a customer that has been going to this establishment for 3+ years (and have LOVED it until today) I am extremely disappointed and disrespected. I will be finding a more respectful business to make my purchases.

Very friendly with a great selection! Stays up to date with new products and continues to carry all of the fan favorites. Highly Recommend!
