Absolutely love this shop! Employees ACTUALLY remember you and what you last purchased. They always ask for feedback to make sure you’re happy and will even special order hard to find items. Daily specials and overall best prices on vape juice. HUGE concentrate and preroll selection! And don’t forget your EDIBLES! Great point system- seems like every time I go I have $12 off my order available - who doesn’t love saving $$$$$ plus freebies. Keep the good vibes going guys!

Do not shop here for kratom products they will rip you off!!!! I went to purchase a bottle of the limitless kratom pills and got outside and opened the bottle to find that there was 10 pieces of Smartie candy in the bottle, apparently a store employee took the kratom pills out and resealed the bottle with the candy inside and I went inside to get a refund and of course they wouldn't refund me my $80 because they don't do refunds on them which is what led me to believe an employee had to have done it , that was my last $80 and they boned me, like I said don't buy from here unless you want to risk losing your money

I had a fantastic experience at Nirvana! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. The store is clean, organized, and has a really welcoming vibe. While I’ve seen some complaints about high prices, I’ve visited several other stores, and for the products I’m looking for, their prices are actually the most reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.

They lied about what they were selling me. Bad customer service!

Hands downnn worst customer service ive ever seen. Their prices are also stupidly high so if you see this id strongly recommend you checkout smokers cabinet or 77 vapor. I wouldnt shop here if my life depended on it 😅🤣
