Told the girl Laurie I had an allergy to peanuts and didn’t want that flavor and she still gave it to me instead of the cookies and cream I asked for. Adam was kind as always but the owner was a jerk and said it was my fault. Not sure how a locked item that goes straight into the bag is the consumers fault but they would not exchange it. I opened it and my entire hand started swelling from the allergic reaction and negligence of the employee. The packaging is completely the same and it was dark outside. If I didn’t smell the peanuts and ate it, I could be dead right now. With so many ingestible products it’s important for the business to pay attention to customers allergies. And being told it was my fault when the employee was wrong is horrible customer service.

the man working on 6/11 at 9:30pm sold a BAG OF WEED to my man- AND DIDNT ask for an id (i was beside him the whole time). didnt say anything besides a price. but of COURSE - me- a female….. when i asked for a pen, he asked me for my id. i am 21- i myself work at a smoke shop (it closes at 9 or id obv go there) but bc i didnt have it he wouldnt sale it to me. if thats the case why would you sale the bag of bud to my man w me beside him? any other time id be like “okay” bc I myself know the laws when it comes to selling product . HOWEVER he didnt ask my bf that was RIGHT before me … SEEMS VERY SEXIST !!!!!! i will never come back to this place & even tho i really wanted that pen & my man offered to pay still- i will not give my money to anyone who has different standards for men & women. BETTER URSELF. either ID everyone & never sale when you DONT see an ID or just dont be sexist man- its 2026. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO TO SMOKERS CABINET THEY WILL NEVER FAIL YOU. (they just close a bit early)
