Got an adaptogen bar because I have a CDL and I get tested for EVERYTHING! Staff super friendly and helpful. I specifically told him I cannot take anything that will show up in my system including CBD. He suggested this bar. I got two of them. Orange and Ginger. Was supposed to relax me and supposed to be all natural. Shared half with my boyfriend of the orange flavor. All good and relaxed. Watched a movie fell asleep. Had one square or 1/3 of the ginger flavor and well, guess what? I ended up in the hospital because it had loads of CBD. They tested me for drugs! I tested positive. I had a horrible reaction. To be fair the person who sold it to me at the store couldn’t have known it had CBD but maybe the company made a mistake and labeled it incorrectly because I went on the GOWITHTHEFLOW website and they do make a version of the AdaptoBar that has CBD. I will never be taking any of these products because I’m honestly traumatized.

Awesome service! House juices are great! The dude that is usually there has good information, and isn't a pushy salesman. When you ask for recommendations he doesn't just answer with the most expensive option. Shopping here has been my best experience from vape shops.

Literally every time I visit(3+days a month) I am greeted immediately by a friendly, very knowledgeable & professional staff member, that helps me find what I am looking for. I highly recommend these guys. They know their vapes. Prices are very reasonable. They are definitely one of my regs. Keep it up guys

A+ 5*!! Been shopping here for well over a year. Cloud factory has great prices and superior service. The staff is really knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond when working with their customers, also they're not pushy. When trying to upgrade an old mod they worked hard to find me a tank I could use, basically taking ownership of my problem, and solving it. Their store is so good that I no longer buy any vape supplies online, and its a fun place to visit, always something new to see. A+ 5 *!

Nice, bought 6 months worth of quality vaping supplies for right at $10 per month! Plus they have a computer/retro video games store right next door with adjoining doors! Great way to promote vaping since regular exposure to cigarette smoke causes major dust buildup leading to malfunctioning tech. Wow what a place! Friendly staff, great location, I'm definitely going back soon!
