So I called the store because I needed something delivered, something I know they carry, but it wasn’t showing up on the website. The man on the phone was new to this store and didn’t know how to help, so he put me on hold and called the manager. She must’ve immediately answered and fixed a solution- I was only on hold for less than eight minutes. I was able to place the order to be delivered five minutes later. This isn’t the first time someone at this store has helped me out with something either, but this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Great, helpful place and people. I would recommend them again and again! Best manager around! And no, I don’t have any affiliation with her or the store lol, i just think good business and great people deserve to be highlighted. Squids is supreme!

Guy working was incredibly nice and informative. Talked me through several options to help me choose. Smelled great in there too!

Very professional and friendly. I spoke with the gentleman on the phone and he was very helpful and when I went to get me a mod the young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Now I got me a box mod I actually like.

Great! I have alot of anxiety especially about places I've never been too and people I dont know, I was very nervous about going in with not knowing much, but I let the two gentlemen know what I was looking for and that I was unsure, they immediately pointed me in the right direction and didn't make me feel stupid for being unsure!
