Wouldn't suggest giving these people any business, zero customer service skills. I bought a Foger vape pod and opened it in the parking lot to find it missing 10% of the juice. Took it back in and the guy proceeded to tell me its not his problem as he doesn't make them, that's how they come. Plenty of good shops out here that will work for the customer, THIS IS NOT ONE.

Alcoa Vape Shop is a hidden gem. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and always happy to help you find exactly what you need. Their selection of vape juice, devices, and accessories is top-notch and constantly updated. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. Whether you’re new to vaping or experienced, this place has everything you’re looking for. Highly recommend!

Never is open. He will tell you he closes at 11 then the next time he closes at 10:30 today I was told he closes at 9:20??? I show up at 9:15 and he’s already closed. I wouldn’t be as mad if I didn’t speak to him on the phone and he told me to come he would be open so I wasted 20 minutes of driving for him to lie to me for the third time In a row now.

Great Smoke Shop, Excellent selection, very good prices!!! Also the people working there are more than nice and extremely helpful. I don’t have enough good things to say about the store..

Closed at 9:24 on a Monday when the closing time says 10. Another half of your hrly pay isn’t hard guys. Come on.
