Saffire Vapor has been my go to for quite a few years now! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They are patient and I know when I go in, it’s always a blast of a time! The store is always clean and welcoming, an extra bonus on the drive thru for those days I can’t make it inside. If you are considering stopping in, I highly recommend trying out their blue sweet tart (primed) in their xpress line, it’s 10/10!

So I went to Sapphire Vapes yesterday and met Tyler. Great guy very friendly and helpful. I bought 3 vapes at at amazing price and had a wonderful conversation with Tyler. Unfortunately the vapes didn't work. I went back hoping to find Tyler working (and honesty I thought I was probably wasting my time). Tyler wasn't there but I met Bonnie! Wow ! She was just as kind as Tyler and just as helpful. She fixed my problem without a second thought. With that kind of customer service, I'm not sure I will ever shop anywhere else. If you vape, it's in your best interest to give this store a try. I'm one Very Satisfied customer

This place is so amazing! The staff is so friendly & knowledgeable about their product. I appreciate everything they have done for me. Setting me up with an amazing vape, juice & showing me the ins & outs of being a beginner on a fancy vape. They are so personable & down to earth. I recommend this joint to anyone & everyone!!!

Great shop - Austin makes you feel welcome and is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. He knew exactly what type of charger I needed and told me how to resolve a problem with my old vape cartridge. Definitely recommend this shop!! Suzanne/Maryville TN

This is a vape store near me. The first two times the customer service was good and friendly. Not a wide selection but it was an enjoyable experience being that I’m a worker here from out of town and I’ll be here for a while. Yesterday 09/02/21 drove there to get batteries arrived at 7:28pm store was open but the worker was no where to be found. I yelled out,went out honked my horn to my truck and nothing. I then called the store repeatedly and finally someone answered and came to the front HIGH out of his mind. I explained to the worker that I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Store and To Stop Getting High. I was waiting for him for about 10 to 15 minutes. Never going back there again. Anyone could have robbed that place blind and made all the noise in the world. You should observe your cameras more if they work and screen your employees better. I wish you luck and hope all gets better.
