I had an excellent experience at Bluff City Vapes thanks to Gino! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to exactly what I needed. The store has a fantastic selection, and Gino made sure I found the perfect product. Great service, great selection—I’ll definitely be back!

Man I been sitting here since 9:30 store still not open. It is now 10am. How you run a business if you gone be late

Amazing customer service is what brought me here. The selection is FANTASTIC! The place is a bit tucked away in a shopping center (awesome parking) but it’s a hidden gem for sure! Always responds when I reach out about flavors, etc. so that no time is wasted driving store to store! Thank you!! Edit: the option to send a message is now gone, though I believe this is a downgrade from Google not from Bluff City, will have to call like the olden days! 😀

Has easily became my favorite shop! I love that it is a one stop shop, I can find EVERYTHING I’m looking for at this one spot! I love when the young male (I believe his name is Tino) is working because he always have suggestions & really helps as best as he can!

Just made my first purchase from this store not even five minutes ago and I’m very impressed! I pass through Memphis every now and then to visit family and this is going to be my go-to store whenever I’m in town. The place is nice and clean and the guy who helped me (didn’t get his name but he had a big beard) was very friendly and professional. He helped me pick out a juice flavor and handed me my bottle not even a minute after I ordered. Prices are very good too! I usually order my juice online but the prices here were comparable which is a rarity in brick & mortar stores. One more thing that I want to mention is the juice bottles they use. Most places use the glass bottles that have a dropper and those are just a pain in the ass to use! No matter what the juice always ends up getting everywhere. But here they use the plastic squeeze bottles which are infinitely better and more convenient in my opinion. Plus you can reuse them! It’s a small detail but it makes a difference to me. Long story short, I’m glad I found this place. Definitely going to be my juice spot in Memphis from now on! Thanks guys!
