I was going here every week for over a year, buying 2 disposable vapes each time. I always try them before leaving, to be sure they work. Last time, they were out of what i get so i just bought 2 bigger ones of that brand. Neither worked. Guy tells me best he can do is let me exchange one of those for something the same price... I haven't even left, and I'm stuck with a faulty device i just paid for. He recommended what i replace the other with, which was something one and a half grams smaller and less expensive, but he didn't bother giving me the difference either. The thing he recommended stopped working two days later before I'd even vaped much of it, so that was a complete waste of over 50 bucks and I won't come back.

Great prices and great customer service!!! I bought a small hookah and I absolutely love it. He even showed me how to set it up! Most definitely will continue shopping here!!!

Our first visit there when the owner was there 3 nights ago went perfect! So what was wrong with it this dude. These GEN alphas sure aren’t alphas!!! Hahaha For a place that’s new to business, you would think customer service would be a priority and maybe have a little knowledge of the products in your store, but not this guy. I think he’s been sampling the gummies because literally just stared off in a daze as I was asking him questions, and you would have thought I was asking him to do calculus, he looked so confused. But he’s the young kid with curly fro and he was short height. He was so rude and basically didn’t want to do a sale. They definitely lost us as customers!!!!! #RETAIL-SUCKS

Not a fan of this shop. Poor selections. Staff was kind of awkward.

I have not forgotten the beautiful smile with which he greeted me. I knew that this store would have a wide selection of electronic cigarettes and Cuban cigars. And hookah stuff. Thanks
