One of my favorite shops in Memphis! Best customer service and extremely knowledgeable on product! The owner and his mom are some the nicest people around and I highly recommend supporting this local shop!

If you are an older adult trying to ditch cigarettes, this is the place for you! The staff works with you to find the the best device to help you transition off cigarettes. I can breathe so much better now. Vaping gives me the satisfaction of “smoking” without the harm of real smoke going into my lungs causing more damage. Thank goodness for Zooks and their products! They give baby boomers another chance.❤️

Friendly and knowledgeable staff make this place stand above the rest. My first time in I was looking for specific replacement pod type tank. Owner didn't have the pods for my device, but ordered some on the spot in case I decided to come back next time, then called other vape shops in town (his competition) to try to find the brand I needed, and gave me directions there! I was equally shocked and grateful. I have been back many times over the last month or so and have been impressed every time at the chill atmosphere, info learned from employees, and imo fair prices and large variety of mods and juices.

Awesome experience! Husband and wife owners were very friendly, professional, and willing to assist. They got me back on my vaping journey with pleasure. Went above and beyond to accommodate me and find what I was looking for initially. Will visit again.

Started out with a budget vape pen and worked my way up to a mod/tank combo. From the very beginning Zooks has always been helpful and friendly. Even if they don't have what you're looking for they are willing to order it special for you. The store is clean and modern with a comfortable lounge area. It's a great place to hang out and vape if you're just looking to pass the time.
