So I went in to this Cloud 9 store about 4 Months ago and I was in and out but here why I'm doing this review.. when you remember great customer service it tends to cross your mind sometime.. the ladies here especially the GM were great ! They answered the questions I didn't know and gave me the best deal that fit perfectly for me before I walked out their building! As I'm walking out I was told with a smile to come back again I will be 😊😊😊 Until next time ! Thank you -Raven

Shawn should have "Employee Of The Month" He not only helped me with me questions, but he also reccomended a amazing product that I love now. I mean I could say all sorts of crap and sugar coat it but this store is amazing dude. From a guy who rarely shops at places or trusts people. This experience gave me hope ya know... 5/5 would recommend this store to anyone hands down...

Love Rose!!! She made this whole random trip worth it! She is actually knowledgeable about products and effects and totally willing to do what it takes to make you have an awesome experience!!

Rose was absolutely incredible and showed me all the great products. Y’all have definitely earned yourself a forever customer.

Great shop with a huge selection of vapes and accessories. The staff was super helpful and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Prices were good and the store was really clean. Definitely coming back!
