The store is crap and horrible customer service they have so many multiple vape pens that would not shut off and it burned me and refused to replace them after telling me they would and me driving an hour away never use this trash bin of a store

I really liked this store at first until I bought a fogger vape which was dead on arrival. The vape simply did not work and these folks wouldn't replace it just because I waited 2 days to open it. I won't be back to this store to buy anything ever again :\ I do not like the customer service at all.(lack of customer service) I was thinking of switching to this store because I like their selection. My regular store would have swapped out the vape though and welcomed my continued business. So I'll just deal with their limited selection instead of being screwed by Crazy Pipes and Vapes......... I previously tried purchasing 2 other products from this store before this particular experience and they were ALL GARBAGE! The previous two clogged a lot and were hard to use and were of very poor quality($50 dollars each!) Stop selling garbage and ripping people off!

The staff here are all exceptionally pleasant and polite. I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking for professionals

I bought a silicone water bong and it started leaking from the bottom due to a crappy seal. I called to see if I could exchange it and was told bc I bought it 3 days ago they couldn’t do anything. The ladies solution was to give me $5 off a new one. I had been a customer there since they opened and spent a lot of money there but I won’t be back. They don’t back up what they sell or even try to help. Horrible customer service.
