Terrible. The guy working convinced me to buy a specific product, reassuring me that it would 100% work, telling me how great it was and so on. He finished his sales pitch by informing me that it's a 500% money back guarantee. Well after I left I decided to look up reviews on the products success rate. I would have done this pryer to my purchase but I went in looking for a specific brand. However, since they didn't have it I bought this instead, because he kept insisting it was much better. Anyway, I asked for a Receipt for the sole intention of making a return if necessary. Which i told the guy the reason I needed it. He said no problem. What he failed to mention was that the return policy was actually non existent. The policy was with the company from the makers of the product. So when I went back to return the product he wouldn't take it. It was at this moment he tells me it's the products company that would have to make the return. He purposely led me to believe I could return it to the store no problem just to make a quick $70 sale.

Place has been renovated, it's clean and organized. The sticker prices were a little high but they almost always have '50% off all glass' sale so it's very fair. Great water pipe selection for every budget. Avoid the gas stations for pipes. Come here

The store employees was the only thing okay here. Compared to their last location which they were still in the last time I visited it had been a very long time since I got to visit because of the distance. I was so excited to be coming through the TN valley knowing I would get to stop in and see their new place and buy some shirts and stuff. So disappointed when I walked in and saw only 5 shirts on the wall and such a small store with just a typical pipe store inventory. Nothing like the other pipe one at the opposite end of the road. Prices were quoted and when asked again the price had went up $10 in less than 10 minutes.... SMH ... WTH!!!👎👎👎

Way overpriced and the older gentlemen was very pushy to buy his ridiculous prices items. We watched him try to push a sale so hard that the poor couple left with nothing. We also left with nothing. I do not recommend here, but if you do go be prepared to spend $100 at least to get anything decent. Fyi They do not sell any CBD products here.

This place is a "heads" dream! I was disappointed when I had purchased some rather pricey products, that they claim are "effective", were not, in fact. They would not refund my money on the unused 2nd product that I had purchased. If you believe in a product enough to sell it and put your stamp of approval on it, be willing to stand behind it and refund when promised results are not attained.
